Wok Indo

Wok Indo were first established in 2017. As a family run business, owners Illesh and Reenku Amlani built a well-loved, successful restaurant serving Pan Asian Fusion cuisine in Leicester City Centre.

Due to the popularity of the restaurant, in Mid-2021, they took the decision to expand on their success by opening at a much larger site at Leicester High cross Shopping Centre. This site would deliver a huge increase in footfall and in turn customers to the new restaurant.

When setting out the requirements for the new restaurant, Illesh and Reenku realised that they would need a proven EPOS solution the meet their needs and that of their customers.

As well as operating a full A La Care sit down dining experience, Wok Indo also offer their hugely popular “Wok Boxes” to take away customers throughout the day.

• Label printing solution for their Wok Boxes. Customer choices are printed on sticky labels and stuck to the boxes ready for preparation.
• Full Integrated Card Payment solution

CSY engineers installed the new systems in August 2021 and since then Wok Indo have been growing rapidly and can manage their daily operations with ease thanks to the implementation of Vector Hospitality.
