Fixed Price Support
We include an all-inclusive price for our EPOS system, so you can feel assured if you need help with your EPOS software or EPOS hardware, we are there to support you.
As part of our EPOS services, we provide box swap maintenance for your hardware, updates for your software, access to the helpline and unlimited visits to our set training courses at our training centre in Nottingham, so you can keep up to date with the latest updates and technology in EPOS.

Open late on evenings? Trading until 4 or 5pm on a Sunday? Maybe you even open on New Year’s Day? Well so do we. Our helpdesk is there to support you with anything related to your Vector EPOS system, 7 days a week. We only close on December 25.
So apart from Christmas day, you can call our helpdesk any time between 8am and 8pm and a member of our team will answer. They can help you with any queries or support that you need. It’s all part of the EPOS service support for you, to keep you up and running and making profit.
Dedicated EPOS Training Centre in Nottingham
To help you sell smarter, we have a dedicated customer area in our offices in Nottingham, right in the heart of the UK. This area includes purpose-built training facilities and meeting rooms to provide all the latest information, updates and training to help you get the most out of your Vector EPOS.
Being based in Nottingham means we’re central and there are almost 20 million people within just two hours of us. It’s easy for customers to get to us from all over the UK who want support and training with EPOS systems. We hold open training sessions four times every month, so that you can send members of your team to us to learn more about Vector EPOS. They’re free to attend for CSY customers.
