Demonstration

The first step to a new EPOS for your store is a free on-site demonstration of our system with one of our helpful account managers. With this demo being on site at your store, this can give you a feel for CSY’s EPOS system, and an initial installation plan can be discussed.

Installation Scheduled

After signing up with CSY, it’s time to schedule your installation. You will be introduced to our knowledgeable project manager and in-house trainer, who will ensure that you and your premises are ready for installation and help you find a suitable date for installing the system.

Data Migration

 If you are switching from another system, we handle the data migration process, ensuring that all critical data, such as inventory and customer information, is seamlessly transferred to the new EPOS system.

Installation

When having our EPOS system instaled, we are with you every step of the way. Our EPOS hardware is delivered to you by one of our engineers, including the touchscreen terminals, barcode scanners, printers, etc. Our team will install the system in your chosen till area, ensuring it is correctly configured to meet your business needs and get you serving customers as soon as possible.

Once the instalation and training are complete, you are ready to go live with your new system. On go-live day with the system, our team will be on site or available remotely to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Training

Once your system is instaled, you wil be provided with initial training to get you and your staff using the system quickly. But this isn’t the only training we offer you. Every month at our Nottingham office, our project manager and trainer Josh runs a 2-day free training course, teaching you and your team everything you need to know about our EPOS.

Helpdesk

Post-installation, we offer 7-day-a-week support from our in-house helpdesk. To make sure your EPOS system is always
running smoothly, or if you have some EPOS questions, our helpdesk is available every day, except Christmas Day.
