Weetons was established in 2005 by farmers with a mission to provide the finest locally sourced produce from North Yorkshire to the discerning people of Harrogate. As time passed, it became clear that their customers appreciated not only excellent food, but also the stylish environment, the shopping experience, dining in the presence of true food expertise and the chance to enjoy this environment with friends.

They now have a store in Harrogate and Leeds, with the Leeds store only opening in November 2022. “We are on the lookout for more stores and have an ambitious growth plan for the years ahead.”

Over the past few years their online business has grown, especially due to their Hampers & Gifts. “This wouldn’t have been possible without the rebuilding of our website. CSY worked tirelessly with us over a 2-week period to completely rebuild Weetons’ website, which had many specific builds and requirements including weighted items and numerous delivery options.”

We learnt more about the system in those 2 days than I’ve ever learnt and have come away being able to do considerably more with our systems then we ever thought!” As well as our monthly training sessions that take place at our Nottingham office, we also have a 7-days a week helpdesk who work every day except Christmas Day. “We use the helpdesk regularly, but not because of issues really, more about constantly wanting to develop our system, or do something we were unsure of. They are always helpful and on hand when required.”
