Please don’t contact ClearAccept or Adelante first as that will delay any action as they will only refer you back to CSY.
If you have a query that relates to the Clear Accept portal, fees or funding payments, then for that type of query please call Clear Accept support on 020 7186 2186.
For Pay by Link funding queries you can call Adelante support directly on 01628 820611.
If you aren’t sure who to call, then please call CSY.

Helpdesk Hours

From 1st March 2026, we’re making a small adjustment to our helpdesk hours following a review of customer usage and call volume data. This allows us to strengthen cover during our busiest periods. You’ll continue to be supported by the same team and service standards.
New hours:
- Mon–Fri 8am–6pm (excluding Christmas Day)
- Sat 9am–6pm
- Sun 10am–5pm
As usual at weekends, a smaller team will focus on urgent issues. Non-urgent queries may be triaged and handled during the week. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Automated Card Refunds against original txn

With the release of Vector Selling v7.61.9326 on 14th July 2025, we have enabled an important new feature.
Vector Selling is now able to automatically refund a transaction that was paid for by card using CSY Pay back to the original payment card without needing the card, thus helping prevent refund fraud and making sure payments go back onto the correct card.
This option is enabled by default.

HTA Epay Cards

It has been brought to our attention by The HTA/Epay that HTA Gift Vouchers are being used for refunds and the value is less then £5.
Within Vector we have a minimum transaction value, currently set to £5, that is checked when selling a voucher, but not when refunding to one.
The HTA/Epay have asked us to change this behaviour so that HTA Gift Cards can only be loaded with a minimum value of £5 when either selling or being used to hold a refund amount.
This change will be enforced in Vector shortly, the intention of this message was to give you all a heads up about it and to forewarn you about the change before we make it so you can review and amend your own internal policies and procedures and update your teams.
Epay have confirmed that this will be stopped from their end this week.
Windows 11 label printing issue
05/03/2025
We have become aware of a recent issue with the latest version of Windows 11, 24H2.
It appears to cause a problem with printing labels using the new customisable label printing capability within Vector where the first 12 or so labels print fine and then they just start coming out blank.
We have implemented and released a fix on 4th March, Manager v7.61.9195 which appears to resolve the issue for now.
If you have seen a problem that sounds like this, try updating to the latest version of Vector first, and if that doesn’t resolve it then contact the CSY helpdesk.
It could be that in the future, when the issue with Windows 11 24H2 is fixed, that changes this again, but we’ll have to wait and see what happens.
Issues processing HTA gift cards

We have been made aware that some customers have been having issues processing HTA gift cards this morning.
We have investigated the issue and if you have been having problems you will need to do a Vector Update and that should then fix the issue.

Dojo incident being investigated

“We’re aware of an issue with a third party which is preventing some Paymentsense customers from transacting.
We are working on it urgently to get everything back up and running.
Customer Services / Sales Support will be unable to assist at this time; so please wait for further updates.”

Imminent release of DB61

We will be releasing DB61 on Tuesday 6th February 2024, so you have just a few days to update your system for the final version of DB60 and all the new functionality that is available for you with that version.
Once DB61 has been released there won’t be much additional functionality straight away, it is more about laying the foundations for future developments to come.
