Important: Update to your contractual terms
As part of our ongoing platform development, we have refreshed our standard contractual framework and are standardising customer agreements across the CSY business.

Why are we making this change
The updated terms are designed to provide greater clarity and consistency, including:
- clearly defined service levels and support arrangements;
- a modernised and consistent data protection framework;
- transparent pricing, change control, and notice provisions; and
- a single, consolidated agreement structure that supports ongoing service improvements.
What this means for you
With effect from 1 June 2026 (the ‘Effective Date’), your existing CSY terms will be replaced by the new MSA, under which Vector V8 will be licensed to you as a new product.
This e-mail and the above-referenced Master Services Agreement together constitute the Order for the purposes of the new MSA.
Services and Software
From the Commencement Date, the Supplier will provide the following services to you:
- Supplier Software: CSY “Vector V8”
- Support: Software and Hardware maintenance services as detailed in Schedule 1 (SLA), including box swap maintenance, next working day delivery of replacement items, and engineer site visits where required.
Fees and Term
The fees and charges payable under the updated terms are as follows:
- Vector V8 Support and Software Licence Fee: payable in GBP, invoiced each quarter.
The first payment made by you on or after the Commencement Date will be treated as the First Payment Date for the purposes of the updated terms. The Minimum Term will be 12 months, measured from the First Payment Date.
What you need to do
To arrange your migration to Vector V8, please contact us.
The date on which your system is upgraded to Vector V8 will be the Commencement Date for the purposes of the MSA. If you have not yet migrated on the Effective Date, your existing services will continue until your Commencement Date.
Proceeding with your upgrade will terminate your existing CSY terms and constitute acceptance of the MSA and this Order.
To avoid a 20% uplift to your current support fees, please complete your migration before 1 August 2026.
