The CSY helpdesk is available 7 days a week 8am till 8pm for advice, help, problem solving and logging faults.

Office Opening Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 7:00pm
Saturdays 8.30am - 3.00pm
Outside these times, hotline support is provided via a mobile phone. Call the hotline number to be automatically put through to the on duty engineer.

Fixed Price Support
For an all inclusive price CSY will provide box swap maintenance for the hardware, updates for the software, access to the helpline and unlimited visits to our set training courses at our training centre in Nottingham.

CSY maintenance costs are fixed for six years from installation.
