We have recently expanded our service desk so are looking for a suitable candidate to help our existing team in logging faults, problem solving and offering advice.

The preferred candidate will have the following skill set:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with Epos systems would be preferable but not essential as training is available
  • Have a technical background with a respectable understanding of computer technologies
  • Proven ability of working under pressure
  • Confident when talking on the phone
  • Be a team player
  • Able to maintain a positive and proactive approach
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours on a rota basis
  • Must live in Nottingham or surrounding district

Helpdesk hours cover 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm although currently most staff cover shifts operating between 8am to 8pm Mon to Fri.
